So this is something that's been in the works for a while and obviously now is at the point where I can upload it! yey! more stuff! specifically more ref stuff!

so what's this about then? well, for a long time I've wanted to get some alternative outfit designs for Shay ... y'know, different outfits for either different purposes or just to allow him to mix-and-match what he wears and avoid that blatant 'anime protagonist with only one wardrobe design' trope that I've been kinda foul of lol. let's face it, everybody falls foul of it.

I'm changing that.

This is the last of three alternative outfits that I got -- done by the amazeballs  Nameless00 because of course :V

This one is ... probably self-explanatory. What if Shay was a real person? What if he was me IRL? Or just ... y'know, in modern times and not from some ass-backward feudal technopunk world? What would he wear if he actually cared about fashion and not just 'what keeps him alive and not dead'? ((or maybe not that last question but, y'know)). So this is pretty-much the answer to the 'what if he was a filthy casual' question, and this is pretty-much the result.

Baggy-ass crazy punk pants. Sneakers. Headphones. Dude has a band-aid on his nose because let's face it, punk band-aids are cool. I'm gonna be honest; I WAS a big-ass skater punk when I was a teenager. This is pretty-literally what I was into wearing back then (I kinda still do, just, not bright green).

Pretty much if I really was him, I guess.

FWIW the T-shirt design isn't fixed as far as the ref goes, but I just wanted to put a fairly meaningful logo on there just as an example. Anybody that actually recognises where the logo is from? Well ... DM me. I mean it, because I guarantee that nobody, ever, will ever recognise what that's from >_>
