I know this is similar to another piece I made earlier. That's mostly due to the fact both the painting and this was to see if I can make good looking fur. It didn't go as planned so I went with something more simple and focused a lot more on solid shading this time around. I really like how the shading came out. Also a small adjustment I did is use a brush that doesn't change size when drawing lines. The result is much more even, solid shapes in this image.

I really do appreciate the compliment but don't sell yourself short! There is lots of artist of varying skill levels and there is plenty I wish I could be like as well.
There is a ton of people who don't even have the courage to draw.
So I can confidently say you will get there if you keep working at it and never give up.
And if you need some tips I'm more than happy to share what I did.
