An insignia designed for my support team at my former job (they cut us into teams to make us more competitive on closed issues. note to any watching Support managers: this does not work.) Team name wasn't my idea. The other team didn't bother making one. Another art contest won by default!

Edit: I initially wanted him to be a '50s greaser with a pompadour waving a switchblade threateningly but evidently sub-machine guns are more public-friendly.

Edit 2: GOOD NEWS EVERYONE! That company was purchased, ransacked for decent employees (~5% of the workforce) and effectively killed. I'm free to use this for whatever I want! ... I guess.
