So, it seems Virmir let Mara sneak up behind him. Always a mistake. And the only way for him to change back is with a kiss from Mara. She's so insistent on shipping herself with him. Or possibly she wants to be his rival, I'm not sure she even understands her own motivations in this. So, Virmir's going to be a frog for a good long while. Unless he can find some other way to persuade her to break the spell.
But, on the plus side, Virmir-Senpai definitely noticed Mara-chan this time!
