Brief personality: Thoughtful, caring, and has too much faith in the goodness of others. Rowan doesn't remember much of her personal life from before, but knows the World needs as much help as it can get with the sudden change of climate. Hints and rules often go over her head, not letting a scolding deter her from doing what she thinks is best- Or more fun. Friendship and allies can be made anywhere if you try hard enough- through friendship comes mutual trust and help, and through trust and help makes a better World for everyone. Almost.
She enjoys reading, especially the fictional kind, and she will talk about her favourite stories to anyone who listens. Her dramatic flair and graphic descriptions make her a great- or terrifying- story teller.
Yet despite striving for a peaceful world, Rowan gets bored too easily. Her focusing skills need to be refined as she grows older, or else she risks causing more danger than she prevents. Her ideas and plans can grow too dramatic for her to handle, even if her elaborate 'motivational speeches' make them seem more clever than they actually are. Despite being a fully-grown growlithe, she still had plenty of maturing to do unless she wants to lose her family.

Relationships:
Thistle- Her favourite friend at the moment is Thistle, the quiet poochyena that saved her life at his own risk. Thistle understands her search for a home and family, and desire to make the world a better place. During those quiet moments at 3am, when they're reluctant to sleep in fear of what will be waiting for them, Rowan can bear her soul without fear of judgment, and in return learn the life and secrets of her friend.
Creek- Slightly younger than her, Rowan enjoys Creek's enthusiasm and matched energy. From the start, they were loyal, trusting, and prepared to do anything for each other. When focused and determined, these 2 make a formidable team. When aloof and bored, the 2 only cause trouble and jump head-first into their half-thought out plans. Still, there has never been a dull day with these 2
Tawny- Rowan still feels indebt to Tawny's actions, when she saved her from drowning when they first met. Rowan admires Tawny's experience in rescuing, her virtuous work ethic, her seemingly effortless problem-solving skills, and her compassionate heart. She's one of the few pokemon that Rowan will seriously take critism from, as she seeks Tawny's approval and motherly love from the most. Thankfully for Rowan, Tawny has taken a liking to her kindness and dedication to help others, and works her apprentice into becoming the benevolent but fierce pokemon she sees deep down, rather than the reckless, emotional dog they see now.
Storm- Although Rowan isn't as close to Storm as she is to Tawny, she still looks up to Storm as a brave hero. At first, Rowan took Storm's brutal honesty and lack of physical affection as signs that she didn't like her. It worried her to no end what she would do if her co-leader didn't approve of her progress and personality, but the harder she tried to impress the witty Luxray, the more it seemed to backfire. It got to the point where Storm secretly argued to release Rowan from her apprenticeship, in fear of the danger she'd bring herself and others. In time, she learnt that she was wrong about Storm's actions and intentions. The times Storm criticized her were poorly-worded messages of help and motivation. Storm's lack of physical affection was normal, as she instead showed love and friendship through thoughtful gifts and other actions. Storm's argument to demote Rowan and get her a different job was fuelled by fear of injury or death. She see's a younger version of herself in Rowan, in her quick-thinking and bold confidence, and has trouble trusting Rowan's own judgement to keep her safe.

Backstory: Ever since the accident, Rowan doesn't remember much about her past. As time goes on, she remembers little snippets and faces in dreams. She knows she has a best friend somewhere, and ice-type Arcanine names Fahrenheit. She doesn't know where her friend is, only that she was desperate for her friend's forgiveness. She also remembered she has a family, somewhere in a cold, snowy place.
Where they are, and why Rowan was separated from them in the first place, still remains a mystery.
