Well, when in doubt, draw Doctor Who things. The original idea was too have some character back away from the blade, but I couldn't really decide on who, so then I changed the idea to have it be someone like Frank Reynolds in the blade shape, but I didn't have a reference on me at that time, so Doctor Who became the go-to, despite me wanting to do something original for all of them.
