• BY COMMISSIONING ME YOU AGREE TO ALL TERMS INDEFINITELY! •
• PAYMENT METHOD
- Payment must be made before I start the commission. Once paid, I'll begin on your commission ASAP.
- Payment is done through invoice. There will be a tip section in case you would like to leave a tip (this is entirely up to you as the commissioner.)
- Payment is done through USD Currency.
- My Prices are low enough that a payment plan should not be necessary at the moment.
• PRICES/ ADD ONS / EXTRA INFORMATION
- You'll find all of my prices here: You're currently stationed on my Price Guide.
- MATURE ratings will increase it by 3$-5$.
- ADULT ratings will increase it by 5$ - 10$ depending on the circumstances.
- FERALS will have an additional 5$ - 8$ charge as they take me longer to due since I am not that familiar to their anatomy as I am with anthros/humans.
- Complexity of character will add on an additional 5$ - 10$, depending on wings, markings, anatomy, or over all character design.
- BADGES (shoulders up) will start out at 5$ - 15$, price will be determined with wanting flat or a type of shading. Price will increase due to complexity of character design, a BG wanted, and other details falling into place.
- In Regards to armors/weapons, the additional price may be between 5$ to 10$ due to taking a long time to design and get to where you approve of it.

• COMMISSION FORM
- Title the Note or Email as "FA Commission Inquiry"
- Be sure to include the following:
Type of Commission: [Lineart, Sketch, Reference Sheet(type), etc..]
Number of Characters: (three as max)
Character Reference(s): (Visual Refs only.)
Additional Information: (Pose, theme, etc.)
Background: (Type) - Be sure to include any details if artistic freedom, semi artistic freedom, or if you want it specifically like something. (Which may add on more to the overall price.)
Required WIPs or Updates: (Y/N) [I'll most likely send you WIPs anyways, in hopes I'm doing everything to your liking.]
Streaming: (Y/N) If yes, we'll work out a time.

• ART USAGE
Things You Can Do:
- Upload to any website, but you must give me proper art credit (and at possible, character if my character is in there).
- Print to have for yourself. (Clothing, blankets, posters, etc...)
- Practice color or inking using lineart or sketches you have bought.
- Make icons, banners, and cropped art. (Be sure to keep my watermark visible if possible.)
- It can be an additional price if you plan on selling the character in question but only as the price you have bought it at.
Things You CANNOT Do:
- Claim the artwork or design(if adopt) as your own.
- Remove my watermark and/or signature.
- Trace/copy/alter the piece without my permission.
• ADOPTABLES
- You must properly credit me as the designer of the adopt in question.
- Any adoptable purchased from me cannot be sold for more than what it was originally bought as(IF no additional PURCHASED art). Please update me with who has the design.
- If you're selling a closed species design, CONTACT ME FIRST OR AFTERWARDS so I may be informed of who owns the design now.
- You are freely allowed to gift or raffle the design, but again let me know who owns the adopt.
- You are not allowed to heavily alter or redesign the original piece. You can do some minor changes, but you must contact me regarding the alteration (Especially if it is a Closed Species.)
- Any background information is allowed to be changed regarding the design unless it is a Closed Species. (Things like Lore/other important information must stay.)
- Custom designs will start out at 5.98$ (as a simple Ref sheet) but will go up depending on the information regarding what is wanted upon the ref sheet/character design.
• CANCELLATION/REFUNDS POLICY
Artist Cancellation of Piece:
- Discouraged by the piece due to finding it too difficult will result in a full refund. You do have the option to change the idea of the commission, whether it be theme or characters.
Client Cancellation of Piece:
- If this happens for any sort of reason, I will only refund anything past the point of what is currently done.
Refund Standards:
- If a refund is demanded before the piece is even started, you will receive the refund in full.
- If the piece is fully completed and you demand a refund, it will be DECLINED. As the work is already completed. Especially if you did receive WIPs and/or watched in a stream. There were means that you could have spoken up and asked for something to be changed in regards to the piece.
- All unfinished works that were refunded may end up being sold as a YCH at a later date.
Other
- Want to commission a piece with my character alongside yours? My character will be free, however, depending on the piece, some may be off-limits. Especially in regards to Mature/Adult rating.
- Please let me know beforehand if you need your commission to be done by some specific date.
