Slilzar is a special kobold, born with a strong affinity for magic (something few kobolds have), he managed to climb the ranks of his cave and become it's king.

The golden scars across his body seem like just strange birthmarks. But he believes there's something more to them. So he's taken the time to learn English and plans to set off into the world in hopes of finding out the truth.
