Allison, much like Duski, was once a happy, cheerful, chittering raccoon much like any other, until one day when treasure hunting (or dumpster diving as its actually called), he came across an old, glowing, 18th century silk top hat, calling to him, telling him to put it on.
When the hat touched his head, the raccoon let out a soul shaking yelp as it took over, taking control and possessing all of him, eventually leaving the racc quivering, as it let out an evil laugh and got back to the unfinished business it started many years ago...
Years later, Ally had built a booming clothing empire, bringing back an olden day appeal for the modern gentleman with taste, elegance, and a great deal of suggestibility, and with news of a deergi coming under a similar spell from a sizable ruby, he knew he had to get it at all costs, he had a monopoly to maintain after all...
Specials:
Neutral Special: Hat Hurl - Ally will throw a hat in front of him, if it latches, it will begin to drain the will of its host unless they shake it off!
Up Special: Hat Trick - Ally takes off his hat with a flourish, revealing whatever's inside, it could be a bomb, a rabbit, or an unfathomable creature of eternal darkness, looks like there's some magic in that old, silk hat...
Down Special: Gentleman's Dropkick - Ally takes a load off in style, diving at his opponent feet first intending to use them as a foot stool, causing more damage is his will is stronger than the opponent!
Side Special: Cane Catch - Ally twirls with his cane, catching any projectile and redirecting it back where he is looking, if used near an enemy, it can pull them into a grab from further away!
Win comment: "Now then, Lets get that head of yours sized up, shall we?"
