Now here's what 
Luiskoa requested me to make for Halloween.
Looks like Buizel isn't afraid to go Trick-or-Treating for Halloween and look he's dressed as Charlie Brown, well even a Pokémon that almost made the cut at being a popular Pokémon other then just Pikachu, can go Trick-or -Treating too heck at least it's in a costume of the most popular Peanuts character himself. But I do wonder how he could get his head through that shirt with that yellow thing around his neck like that, I guess it really doesn't matter cause I hope that little fella doesn't get any rocks in his bucket like how the actual Charlie Brown did.
