I dunno if this is the correct name for a dish like this (artdecade back me up here. :P ), but here we go. :) I like it. It's simple and delish. One day, I'll learn how to make home made alfredo pasta sauce, so forgive me. :)
Ingredients:
1lb of ground beef (ground pork, or lamb works too if you're exotic)
1 box of angel hair pasta (my favorite type of pasta, only kind I use besides egg noodles)
1 Jar of alfredo sauce.
1/2 cup of mozzarella or pepper jack cheese
1/2 cup of veggie oil
Helluva lot of pepper
garlic powder
Oregano
Brown the meat adding a lot of pepper towards the end until ya choke, cook your noodles, heat up the sauce in a separate pot and add pepper until it's visibly darker and spicy (really hard for me to say exact amounts, sorry!), drain pasta, add veggie oil to keep from sticking, Plating: Pasta circular with indention, sprinkle a thin layer of cheese, thin layer of the hot pasta (to melt the cheese and give some texture), layer of meet, sprinkle with pepper if you can stand anymore, oregano, and garlic powder.
Should look like this... Tell me what you think.
