Weih; God of the Arturoverse
Father of Samael, Ruler of Elysium, King of Heaven, Creator of All. Blah, blah, blah. You get the picture. He's basically God.
A very indifferent, bored, and uninteresting God. He only ever took interest in Arturo II because it's inhabitants evolved from something he created without his intervention. Other than that and his cool blue shades, he's just a space hippie scientist... or whatever.
Had a lot of fun drawing the solar system in his hands. And though I admit, I really am mocking religion a ton with my series, but I love the design I came up with~
