W’Xxir, Secondary Triumvir. He is noticeably thin, with a bony frame. Like his brothers, he was hatched with one genetically enhanced arm with the other being avitistic. W’Xxir uses this arm to carry his scepter, as it is supplemented by a third robotic limb.
