"So, you think you could pull a fast one and escape, did ya?" The knight asked, holding me by my throat against the rock. "I will admit, you did have me convinced that you were one of our mages; you sure do pull off the outfit well, but I'm afraid I'll be escorting you back to the castle~"
Damn, and just when I thought I'd got enough distance.
"Don't worry though, you'll still be treated like a prince. Such a shame though. If you were our prince, I would have loved to be your knight; I like you~ I hope we can still have date you suggested."
I blushed at the comment made.
Yeah, I would actually, though I doubt you'll let me out of the castle easily now...
"Love the sword though; would have never expected you to have one, being a mage and all; I think I'll hold onto it for ya~"
He then hoisted me onto his shoulder.
"A pretty sword and a pretty prince, what a day this has been~"

Yeah, I can say without a doubt that I am a HUGE Terrakion stan.
I love this big guy so much; he's so cool.
As much as I love Solgaleo with all my heart, in terms of appearance and relation to a really old OC I made when I was teen; Terrakion drives me nuts~ <3
Anyway, if you guys are wondering what's going on here:
Aladar and Terrakion from two different kingdoms that were at war with each other.
Aladar being the prince of Dresi, and Terrakion being a knight from Kanion.
While Dresi was having a festival, a group of Kanions had infiltrated the castle and stolen Aladar, in hopes of using him as blackmail for their demands. Aladar is now a prisoner of Kanion, residing in their castle. Though he was being treated with care and was not to be harmed, he was still a prisoner nonetheless, and being the crafty Zangoose he was, came up with a plan of escape.
He knew he couldn't leave his room from the front door, so he did what he did growing up: using his bedsheets as a rope, and make his way down the side of the castle until he found an empty area he could sneak in through, since of course he was real high up and couldn't reach the ground. Luckily for him, while scoping a rather empty floor of the castle, he stumbled upon a room full of clothing.
One thing Aladar had learned from being in Kanion for about a week, is that the mages wore an outfit with a special hood, and never showed their faces. Knowing that, Aladar stuffed his old prince outfit at the bottom of a random box, and traded it for one of the mage uniforms, letting him get around the castle without being noticed due to his face being covered like all the other mages.
Of course, he hadn't really been around the castle other than his room, so he kinda was lost, and decided to ask for a little help.
He then met up with Terrakion; a giant knight that he may or may not have blushed upon fight sight.
Aladar asked Terrakion to help him find the entrance to the castle, using the excuse that he was heading home for the day, and was a new recruit who didn't really know the castle all that well.
Terrakion being the noble and kind knight he was, of course didn't hesitate to help him out, since he himself was also heading to the Knight's Quarters, which was also near the entrance.
Aladar and Terrakion chatted all along the way, and they seemed to enjoy each other's company. As they were nearing the exit, Aladar made a comment about how handsome of a guy Terra was, Terrakion kinda beamed at the compliment, and was a bit excited about it.
(To no surprise) Terrakion was gay, and though it wasn't frowned upon or anything, homosexuality was rather uncommon in Kanion. Of course he had asked Aladar what he meant, but Aladar seemed to genuinely think that Terrakion was a good-looking man.
After that Terrakion explained Homosexuality and Kanion to Aladar, giving the Zangoose the idea of why Terra took the compliment so well.
When the two of them reached the entrance, Aladar told Terrakion that he enjoyed their chat, and would love to hang out with him again sometime, leaving the knight the happiest he'd been in a while.
Though Aladar knew he was off to escape, that wasn't a lie, for he really did like the larger male.
Right before they parted ways, an alarm had gone off, and it was stated that the prince (Aladar) had escaped. Terrakion said farewell to his new friend, and hurried to search the castle.
Aladar had made his exit, and looked back at the city as he left.
Back at the castle, people were searching the place for the prince who had escaped; he was nowhere to be found. Terrakion was somewhat of a detective, so he did his own little investigation as to where the prince could have gone. Following the bedsheet rope that led a few floors down, he did his best to retrace the steps of how the escape would have been made. This search led him towards the supply closet with all the uniforms and armor they had stored.
At first he thought Aladar was still hidden in there, but of course he wasn't. He however did notice that one of the boxes on the floor was opened. To a normal person, it wouldn't stand out much, but to a detective, it was suspicious.
He found Aladar's prince attire, and it was in a box full of mage uniforms of the same size.
Of course his new friend was still on his mind, so two and two were coming together as he remembered the mage he helped apparently didn't know his way around the castle.
Surprisingly, Terrakion wasn't enraged or angry, but was rather impressed at the prince's ability to fool him.
Without telling anyone, he had left to find his friend.
To find Aladar.
Seeing how it had only been about a half hour, he knew Aladar hadn't gotten far, and was most likely just outside the city, heading towards Dresi. Being the speedy pokemon he was, Terrakion was able to catch up Aladar in almost no time, eventually catching him.
The knight was more than pleased. Not only had this been more fun than he's had in a while, he was also quite excited that his potential mate was the beautiful, Prince Aladar.
He knew this because he could tell that what the Zangoose said to him before they parted was not a lie.
