Arcten is relocating a town, taking advantage of his massive size to scoop the whole town from the earth, and with great care, fly it across the land. It is imperative to move slow, keep steady, and be exceedingly gentle. The buildings and the people within must be in as good a condition when set down as they were when picked up! Tatii did a wonderful job on this piece! So many details showing the sheer scale of what is going on and the effects of Arcten making his way through the sky!
