OMG! Reflex drew something that didn't have tits!

I am capable of it. Check page 23 of Lily Blue #1. Other than that, it's been since around September since I've drawn a dude. But I can't just have a bunch of chicks in the world.

This is Kael Rosenthal.

I know what you're wondering: What does he do at the club?

Kael is Dual-hatted. He is there every day and is one of the hardest working people on the payroll. Though he doesn't look it, he's a bouncer and when Sharpie isn't spinning, Kael is at the turn table. When something breaks electronically, he's there to fix it. He works very closely with Sharpie on the sound system and is a huge audiophile. This is a rare picture of him without his iPod, which is his guilty pleasure...Aside from strippers.

He never really leaves work because he lives above the club in the studio space. Lana is always calling Kael in to fix things on his time off, so it's easier on him to just live there.

Kael is from an Irish settlement in Nebraska, and was raised on country music and farming. Then he saw Walker Texas Ranger and knew he wanted to learn martial arts. Every day after his chores on the farm and school were done he drove the mini-tractor to a dojo 20 miles away to learn. And he hasn't stopped learning since.

It was during his time learning Kyokushin, a martial art that revolves heavily around self improvement that he was enamored by kung-fu and action flicks. He saw "The Matrix" and heard something he didn't know even existed: Techno. He listened to Juno Reactor until his parents couldn't stand it anymore. His sensei suggested to him to broaden his experience in music as he did with his training. He learned everything he could about how music was made, and listened to so many different songs and styles that he stopped being able to choose what type of music he liked best. He just liked all music.

When he moved to the city after his parents sold the farm and went into the grocery business, he tried getting work as a audio tech, but couldn't find any consistent jobs.

He was down to his last few dollars when he saw a job in the paper for being a bouncer at Stray Kats. He didn't really like using his martial arts to make him his money, he really wanted to be a DJ, but figured this was the best thing he could get.

He hit it off with Sharpie right away and the two of them are room mates above the Stray Kats in the Studio. While Sharpie knows The tables and the synths so much better, Kael is an electronics whiz, and keeps the joint bumpin'.
