Pound per pound, few non-predatory birds can compete in fierceness with the normally gentle Chajà.,, once he loses patience! I drew this last night, my most complex piece to date, especially by the BG. Plummage will eventually change (I worked from memory) but one thing is permanent: the ivory-hued things in his wings are spurs. Chajas are among the few birds (the few animals, in fact) in the world with 'knives' incorporated, and, believe it or not, they are relatives of ducks and geese!
