You get two versions: a fullsize version (usually around 2000x2000 at 264-300dpi) and smaller version to do what you like!
If you choose the standard option, you get the sketch version as well!
If you choose the complete option, you get the sketch and standard versions as well!
They will, more likely than not, be completed in stream!!
