It might sound strange, but Kinnikuman was never released outside of Japan until its sequel: Kinnikuman: Nisei (eng. Kinnikuman: The 2nd Generation (broadcasted in USA by 4KidsTV as Ultimate Muscle). I was trying two of its games myself:
- NES (The Famiclone I had back then) Kinnikuman (released in US as M.U.S.C.L.E)
- Super Famicom (Emulator) Kinnikuman Dirty Challenger (which got me more interested, if you know what I mean The animations of the special fighting moves were astonishing)
