Brodie, Bullard, and Fred spend a few hours on Haight Street during the Halloween Season in late October of 2019. Brodie lets a man feel his fur, the man thinks it's a costume, but he's lightly tickling a werewolf's belly! Bullard is singing "Bad Moon Rising" while Fred and some nearby humans are listening to the music. All are having a great night on the street!

With Bullard's grin I imagine he's enjoying what would effectively be someone scratching his belly, though with it being also ticklish he'd probably be trying his best not to giggle. After all while the human thinks it's a costume I expect discovering it's actually a real werewolf could be frightening and Brodie, Bullard and Fred wouldn't want to go scaring people. Halloween season would be when they can be most carefree since lots of people are in costume and they can just join in the fun.
I imagine that it was an enjoyable night for them and plenty of passers by enjoyed Bullard's singing and guitar playing and I suppose later Fred might have decided to give Brodie's belly a tickle himself and probably give Bullard a tickling as well.
