"Explorer's Outposts are small communities or compounds located throughout the galaxy. These are places where explorers go to rest, refuel, restock, socialize, submit data, or turn in any items that they've collected. And they're as varied as the many cultures and systems they come from. Some are decidedly utilitarian, while others feel more like a resort. They can be on planets, in asteroids, or just stations in orbit around a planet or moon. Visiting these places is probably one of my favorite things about being an Explorer, because no two of them are ever alike. If only I could visit them all..."
