This really pops off the page. How were you able to get that perfect screentone onto the image?

With an x-acto knife? I was using sticky texture film, like the type for architecture layouts, not rub-on comic screentone.

It looks fantastic. I've never really seen anyone using screentones in 'real' work before, only digital.

I meant to comment this on the community but kept forgetting. This badge is soooo eyecatching and just generally spiffy. I'm sad to hear you won't be doing it for ahile though, cause I just got in it, and I was hoping against hope I'd get you or you'd get me.

Awww now y'see, it would actually be a *bad* thing if I got you at all, because from the beginning, I haven't been submitting my own characters to be drawn; ( http://community.livejournal.com/co.....362220#t362220 ) I wanted to play unreciprocated. I've only been plucking from the adoptee list where- if things are going well- a person shouldn't be. ^_^;

Hey, I'm still watching and I'll pop in if the adoptee list looks sillyfull again (because it sucks to be neglected in a secret santa system), but if the new rules work out, it shouldn't be full anymore, or it should be full of people adopting because they needs the brownie points.
