Mhmm, its a tough choice between the double belly and the Top Shelf. Though that's probably because they both imply that the person attached to that belly is supported with some big hips, and I'm all about that~

I'll take a combination of The Beer Gut, with a double size order of The Navel Bottom. I'm a fanatic for 100% business with gigantic curtains.

Fun fact! A 'beer gut' is largely due to fluid collecting in the peritoneum, known as ascites, forced there by hepatic portal hypertension from liver failure.

Turns out, I was wrong! While hepatic portal hypertension can cause ascites, resulting in an abnormally large belly, it isn't necessarily the same thing as a beer belly! Men typically gain weight largely on their belly, and while ascites from liver failure can exacerbate this, a large belly isn't strictly fluid retention and not a reliable indicator of liver function.

Also, ascites has a different feel and look to it. While fat is soft and pinchable, ascites tend to be firmer and... not pinchable. Though, the feel can be masked a bit with a thick layer of fat, as it is possible to have ascites and also be fat.
