I've been trying to slooowly work out how to not fail hard at using a tablet. And I figured the picture she drew would be fun colour practice. It's definately not the best colouring I've ever done. But considering it's the first time I've coloured using a tablet in years...I don't think it's too terrible. I expect I will cringe when I look at it later. Particularly Anthicus' tail or the couch itself.
...for my defense. I totally had some really nice light brown for those leggings but then I doofed around with a filter and really liked the effect...despite them being pink now. Er...I mean, salmon coloured. STILL MANLY! >C

Sadly I think Anthicus' neck and Mikelo's shell are probably what I think I did best on. That and Mikelo's left stocking around the ankle. XD
There's just a lot of things I found out I am really so so on. Particuarly the larger the space I need to shade, the worse I seem to do. That and fluffy=pain. I expect the more time I take on it, the better I will get though.
I'm still trying to work out how to bring more textures to my pictures without overloading it. I think I may have overdone it a lil bit on this one, but learning process is learning. :U
