She gave me artistic freedom with this and the first thing that came to mind was something with a koi pond in it, since the first time I saw her character I thought she was part koi. XD (Its the markings and the whiskers I suppose.) I later found out she's actually half Calico cat and half Eastern Lung (a type of dragon). Very interesting combination in my opinion, and lots of fun to draw. =D
She's seen here sitting on the wall, watching for any who might tresspass into the garden to disturb her koi fish. How she will stop the tresspassers is anybody's guess. ;)
Oh, and just a silly side note, that little house that's in the top left corner, is totally based off an ornament in my fishtank. XD

This is gorgeous!!! I love how you used a lot of marker but stuck with the colored pencils (at least I'm assuming!) in the fur... it makes it look, well, more furry xD
The pose is so adorable, and has a wee bit of feistiness that makes me think: can we *really* trust this cat with those fish? The irony of knowing she really is just a loving protector is so sweet :)

I love the job you did on her fur. She looks so fluffy, and all of the calico markings are very pretty. Her pose is really cute, too. It gives her a nice playful, cheerful look, but it also makes her look really vigilant. I'm sure nobody is going to be slipping past her!
I love her clothes, too. The golden scale bikini is just the perfect touch, and I like the little belled collar, too. Fantastic job!
