If James Headnail (I) joined the Protoss, this would sooner or later end up in making a new society where, first, Khalani and Nerazim are united in the end and second, humans and Protoss would coexist for countless ages, slowly making an utopia built from old values, goodnesses and vitues that were lost somewhere in far past. However, the Zergs fates would stay a mystery till the best or worst time come.
As a Terran, James would by a mistake be assigned to Ghost Project, due to supernatural abilities, more accurately immunity to most of Psionic Powers, especially psychic manipulation powers. Adding also inhuman resistances to heat and colds, immunity to poisons, radioactivity, toxins and gases, and as it was later revealed immunity to infestation through contaminated water and electricity somehow recharging him like a machine, not forgetting about increased insights enabling him to swiftly dodge and counter many enemy attacks, like a perfect killer. However, not even he himself knew that all his abilities were caused by an unknown genetic mutations not even Zergs were able to make. Regardless of facts, James became one of best Shadowguards Umojan society ever had. Eventually he would become so powerful he could rival Nova Terra just fine and in the end, to be sent assassinate Arcturus Mengsk personally.
In Zergs scenario, James would be revived as an infested person and eventually would join Stukov, one of two legendary officers he always respected, as James always supported United Earth Directorate to the very end. Loyalty grew to the point James became Stukov's right hand and personal guardsman in almost whole campaign. Little could anyone predict however, that James's ambitions during missions led to create new strain of the Zergs. The strain of dark-themed Zergs with traits of nocturnal animals, with parts of necromantic powers and technology frequently stolen from enemies slain by James-Stukov duo.
