That may have been... ill-advised.
This page underwent a couple of last-minute revisions, one of which was a rewrite of the last panel. Originally this was just Taun staring angrily at a blank screen, but during colouring I got the idea of her barking orders at an underling. Merlin was still up and graciously added Saffron as one of her admin staff. The other change was exactly how Sonia manages to incapacitate Illiath. I went with a stun spell at first, but then suddenly came up with the idea of an internal taser, Sonia being a machine, after all.

Indeed. Something which can teleport through alarm wards undetected, is immune to emotion and thought-reading and is strong enough to kill demons and incapacitate skilled warriors with advanced training... this would certainly get Taun a bit excited and not in a good way.
As for Illiath, the next few chapters will hopefully make up for this indignity.
