My new deceiver. A ship captain whom uses his shaft shifting abilities to hide amongst others at the docks. He does transport people and cargo, only eating people who board his ship if he's that hungry or if they bother to get on his bad side. Using his water elemental abilities, he can secure prey with ease, catch fish with no issue, and fight back should he get into a scrap.
