The older brother of Xen Khalem. (LINK BELOW)

Eyes like the Intense color of sun set from the east and crimson velvety hair. Horns that resemble flutes or wind pipes. Meet Sakai the sky dragon.
He, like his younger brother Xen belong to the wardens of heaven.
A disciplinarian, fierce and strict. His subjects fear him for he Never Ever open his eyes cuz when he does it’s usually him being angry and this ends up him conjuring up terrifying gusts of winds, like a Sudden storm.
He disliked Xen having to side with the enemy (water dragons and Ursula Leviathan-soon to be mother of the three siblings Zale, Winston and Vaan).
But even then he has a soft spot for his children.
He’s pretty ruthless and strict compared to his often goofy and happy go lucky Brother. He may look calm and collected but he has a very bad anger management.
A very talented tactician in battle, unlike his brother who relies on brute force and direct combat Sakai excelled in mental games and strategies.
He is very fond of being called uncle by his nieces. Often times his mustache flicks when he hears them say it in the most endearing of ways.
Powers/abilities:
Weather manipulation:
Sky dragons can easily bend the weather from one point it’s sunny then it suddenly becomes as windy and stormy like a typhoon.
Minds eye:
Sakai doesn’t just close his eyes on purpose, he does it to keep his powers from getting out of control. By then he developed to see his surroundings with his mind. An ability he tried so hard to master from a very young age.
Wind flute:
The horns acts as a flute as wind passes through it, he often uses it to mislead enemies while he hides in clouds or mist he conjures up.
Eye of the storm:
His powers can be as calming or as devastating depending on how intense or calm his eyes are. You can see him look at you with familiarity and care and the winds will be gentle and warm but if you anger him or agitate him you can find yourself halfway across the earth, blown away by hurricanes and gusts.
