I made this in Ceramics class several years ago. Terra cotta. The pics don't exactly do it justice.

I made clay slab pictures of Reni and Surge's triplet children. Used colored slip with a stencil to put the initial sillohettes on, and then drew the facial features with the pen tool. Then I used other colors of slip on certain parts of the face (Ex: Eyes = white slip)

then I glazed them appropriately.
