I made this in Ceramics class several years ago. Terra cotta.

Head and shoulders of my character, Serenity, aka Reni . Majolica again. The only way I could get her so colorful. :D This was the first thing I did in the clay class, and I think it looks pretty good, actually. It was going to be a full body, but she kept falling over, so I cut her off at the middle (That sounded wrong, but...=P) And made her into a bust, thus I was able to save it. I like the way the ears and the birthmark came out.
