Bio:
Iggy Spikes was born in Encino, California as a descendent of a ruthless samurai clan. He didn't want his family to remember the horrible things his ancestors did, so he decided to use his family heritage to become a stuntman for some big blockbuster movies. Iggy practiced stunt basics from the best in the business, and became a sought after stuntman for some of the biggest cinema projects around. But, on his current project, Iggy thought he could incorporate his family's martial arts knowledge into his stunt-work, since the film was about Feudal Japan. However, he was fired because his stunt ideas were deemed "to risky."
Enraged, Iggy decided to return to his ancestors' old criminal ways, and became a ruthless criminal like them. He got out his experimental spike armor that he planned on giving to the military, and decided to ransack Petropolis. TUFF was called in to handle the situation, and they were able to find an Achilles heel in the design of his armor: they decided to attack Iggy in areas where he WASN'T spiked, like his exposed legs and face. Iggy's crime wave came to a sudden stop, and he was taken to prison with his armor put in complete lockdown for the duration of his sentence.
In prison, Iggy got into a fight with Jack Rabbit after he got chocolate pudding all over his prison uniform. Jack tried to punch Iggy, but his knowledge of stunt choreography made him dodge them more quickly, and without stopping to catch his breath. Jack was so amazed by how fluently he dodged his strikes, he decided to let him join his gang. Iggy accepted, and during Jack's breakout from prison, he was able to get into the storage area, and retrieve his confiscated armor. Since then, Iggy has helped Jack commit some various while he was posing as an agent of TUFF, even assisting him in backstabbing Kitty Katswell, only to be defeated and taken back to prison by Jake Wolfsbane.
A few years later, he was busted out again when Lady Malmsteen formed an alliance with Jack, and was one of the henchmen to join her in HER criminal pursuits. Iggy assisted Malmsteen when she planned to kidnap the contestants of the Miss Petropolis pageant, and drained them of their essence. When Team Katswell intervened to rescue the hostages, Iggy fought against Stan Toucan, whose flying skills were too much for him to keep up with. Stan even dodged Iggy's spike attacks, and used his guitar to clobber him in the hamstrings, leaving him temporarily immobile. After Malmsteen pinned the blame on the team's butler, Rocky, and fled the crime scene, Iggy was taken back to prison, but has since become a common foe for Team Katswell to face time and time again.
Personality & Traits:
This was probably due to his time in the movie business, but Iggy has the mentality of a big-shot Hollywood director. He treats all of his crimes as if they were film productions, and sees the world around him as one big movie set. And, every time he succeeds in a crime, he yells "Cut! That's a wrap!", which has become his criminal trademark. So, Iggy's kinda like the Cecil B. DeMille of the Petropolis criminal underworld.
Despite his director mentality, Iggy still gets along fine with the other members of the gang. He also tends to sweet-talk Lady Malmsteen from time to time, comparing her to big screen dames like Marylin Monroe and Cindy Crawford. She doesn't mind it, though, as she LOVES the admiration she gets from him. But, he still sees his enemies (like Team Katswell) as major threats to his movie philosophy, and tries to have them cut from the picture permanently.
Unfortunately, since Iggy sees the world like a movie set, it makes him unaware of his surroundings at times. This tends to happen to him in the field of battle, making him an easy target for his foes. And, of course, not every part of his body is covered in spikes, which is why he keeps moving a lot. But, Iggy is still a fearsome foe that shouldn't be taken likely, even if he thinks his opponent is an unwanted extra.
So, that's Iggy Spikes for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
