Comparing to my previous version and possibly my only version of Jackson Loggifer shows how much my art style changed.
Anyway this is Jackson Loggifer a Tretstonian Dragon who's known as the RCIS's Intelligence Officer. He gathers data and relays it to the Deadeyes and Malashenko. Whenever he's not on the job, he tends to do the unthinkable like overruling a Chancellor's orders or hanging out in GTAC.
His only downside is, and this is due to his strict training, he never smiles. Especially when it came to Chancellor Adrian Solanos' meeting with RCIS Director Malashenko. His hatred to the Chancellor can date back to how they were raised but thats for another drawing. Anyway here you go, Jackson Loggifer
