This is an illustration I did for a German book of short stories.
'Five Miles Out' is one of the most successful German short stories in the series. It's a romantic (not dirty) love story between a man and a golden dragoness. It's never clear if she crashed his airplane on purpose, but she does nurse him back to health afterward.
