Powers & Abilities:
Izzy is a skilled wrestler, and can take most blows, and pin people to the ground in no time flat. His horns are also extremely sharp, and could pierce many hard surfaces and textures (it could even poke someone's eye out if he's not careful). And, since joining TUFF, Keswick has equipped him with special gloves that allow him to freeze his targets with just a single punch.

Bio:
Izzy was born on a dude ranch in Durango, Colorado, where he would spend his days corralling the family livestock, and working on the cars his father kept in the garage. Over the years, he became such an expert in auto-repairs and car history, his parents enrolled him in a special institute that allowed young bovine to channel their automobile genius. After graduating with a Master's Degree in auto-repairs, Izzy decided to enroll at TUFF Academy in hopes of becoming one of the agency's mechanics for their vehicles. However, his true potential shined when the faculty discovered that he was very skilled at wrestling after pinning down some bullies who cut in front of him at lunch. So, Izzy decided to study to be a TUFF agent, and hone his wrestling skills further.
After graduating, Izzy was assigned to work at TUFF's Petropolis wing, and he quickly became a well-liked member. After visiting Keswick, who gave him special cryogenetic gloves to help him combat crime, Izzy decided to spent most of his time repairing the agency's vehicles under an internship. This was where he met his two best friends, Dominic Polarice, and Julian Eagle. He hit off pretty well with them, and at his request, the Chief made the three of them partners in crime-fighting. Since then, the three of them would fight crime, and fix vehicles together.
It wasn't long before Izzy and his pals got roped up in Team Katswell's missions, however. He, along with Dominic, Julian, and two other interns named Fiona Foxborne and Suzy Siu were working on an explosive prototype for TUFF to use, when they were suddenly kidnapped by Ripclaw's henchmen. He threatened to drop them off the roof of the Petropolis Radio Tower if Petropolis didn't give into his demands. Naturally, Kitty and the rest of Team Katswell were able to rescue them, and Izzy was so thankful to the team for rescuing him. Since then, Izzy has tried very hard to be a better TUFF agent, and follow Kitty's heroic example any way he can.
Personality & Traits:
Izzy is a proud country boy, and it shows in his mannerism and gestures towards everybody he meets. But, when the going gets rough, he's very strong-willed and passionate about protecting the innocent. He also despises self-righteous who claim that they're better than everyone else (except for Kitty, who at least has the skills to back it up), and has the drive to prove them wrong. Other than that, Izzy's pretty laid-back, cool, and always willing to help out in the fight against crime.
As stated before, Izzy is very well-loved in the TUFF agency for his knowledge of automobiles, and his superb wrestling skills. Elvis, being the superior TUFF wrestler, always took his time to perfect his skills, and become a wrestling legend like him. He also gets along very well with Dudley, John, Jake, and even Kitty herself. But, with Dominic and Julian, they're like his own brothers, and would never let anything bad happen to them. Izzy's got quite the reputation at TUFF, even though the Chief thinks he's just a big walking bowl of beef stew.
However, while his horns provide great protection against criminals, and can poke someone's eye out if he's not careful, they're also EXTREMELY top-heavy, and they cause him to lose his balance at times, leaving him vulnerable to an attack. In addition to that, Izzy is also prone to get angry whenever somebody threatens to one-up him in any form of competition, making him really prideful and arrogant. But, he always manages to rise above it, and has proven to be a very worthy agent and mechanic of TUFF.
So, that's Izzy Longhorn for "TUFF: Team Katswell."
