its just this thing i have where if it looks like a bad frame-rate (er somethin).. i must complain...
so dont mind that part of my brain.. but yes, could b smootr.

(lol, srry.. i kinda just realised that saying "more frames" is basicaly saying "everything animated".. im not cold..)

I think the main issue might just be the rain drops in general because all I did was scribble a bunch of rain drops on a different file then copy and pasted it into the animation, and as each frame progresses, I just moved the incredibly long rain layer down a little bit. My scribbling might have gotten thicker at the bottom, but I was to lazy to make a dark background for the file so I couldn't really see xD I will try and fix that

well, i know gimp has a seamless filter thing... it just makes the picture go on forever.
You could use that for the rain, then make it move down! u catch?

Thanks! I emailed support about this problem I have with submitting animations xD Lets hope I get a reply. I might also add some more frames to make my drips more smooth x3 I added them at the last minute and didnt feel like adding frames xD
