Your sketching still looks really good, even rougher than usual like this. I really like how you construct their bodies and posing, the attention you pay to the way things lock together, and how it all forms a coherent scene, even storyboard-rough like this.

id say they're one of my favorites but there's no race in uwi that isn't one of my favorites that's why they made it into uwi

the banned is drinking! it has taste receptor array inside its mouth unit so it can enjoy the flavor of things
they've appeared in race line-ups and were mentioned in stories but they're definitely some of the least screentime races. in one of yhelm's stories a sgnowme gets stuck in a chair and knocks a ton of stuff over trying to get out.
sgnowmes are like freepeople/adversaries, but much larger, with super long necks and heavy, heavy llama fur. they can reshape nonliving things physically, out of desire and artistic intent. they were built out of creativity. they're... kind of like the setting's version of fantasy dwarves, i guess.
banned are from an earlier version of reality but didn't make it into the final release of existence. they exist outside of time and sometimes they fall into reality and become people in the real world. they're actual robots. they also have a poor relationship with time which means they and only they get time travel powers.

I can see where only robots having access to time travel could be the best choice. You know, since an emotionless being wouldn't be in any danger of succumbing to the temptation of going back and changing past events in order to "fix" history. Plus, alternate timeline stories tend to confuse & confound me, but a robotic brain would be able to keep track of all those goings-on. And! If there's any side-effects from time traveling such as accelerated aging, a robot would hardly be affected.
But then again, I guess there's some wrinkle to it that I'm unaware of, since you mentioned they have a poor relationship with time :v

nah robots got emotions. they're just people that are made of metal, like how knicknacks are people made of cloth.
banned normally exist in alpha-chunks suspended outside the flow of time, and when they Go Canon they fall into the timeline proper. they can't go back, but those that work at it can learn to selectively suspend their relationship with time again, allowing them to effectively stop time or drop out of time
the example i used in the setting document was, imagine you're in a fight with a banned, and you've managed to mess it up pretty badly. it steps outside of time, and to your perspective, it's gone for a few seconds and now it's back fully repaired. to its own perception, it took a few months out at its time-suspended resort workshop to fix itself and then step back into time where it left off.

they do sound like a delightful RPG support companion to have around. If there were an ancient tome that needed deciphering, or some complex skill they needed to learn, then they could accomplish it nearly instantly by anyone else's point of view, even if it takes them a year in their time. Very useful stuff!
