H'yiss-gar is the oracle of [fantasy city]. Whenever she inhales the smoke of the [sacred plant], she seems to be able to predict the future. She first came to notice by helping her master win at street games with this (thus the name "yesss girl"). After she correctly predicted a freak meteor hitting city hall, the city council decided to make her the official city oracle. H'yiss-gar doesn't mind. People are nice to her and whenever she gets high, she's mostly reliving childhood games. But something out there seems to make sure her predictions are correct.
