Ref sheet of my boi Adrian, bought his design a while back and finally made his ref. He is a ghost haunting the clothes he had in life (and so can't fully take them off). His spikes are also all retractable.
He was summoned from the afterlife for a reason he won't divulge, but while he is here he figured he might as well make the best of his new condition by being a vigilante. Since he is a ghost, he cannot be killed as one normally would. The only way to hurt him is to damage his clothes. Some criminals he is set on hunting down is the ones who kidnapped and killed his little sister, he died when he was trying to chase them down on his motorcycle on that icy night.
