I've been wanting to draw Rigby with the "tail floof" thing like Michiru for a WHILE. That, and him running from vicious furry hunters down a tiny highway! 😃
(I swear I love him. I love him a lot. I also love to hurt him. 🙂)
Don't look closely at the fluff lines. I had to resize the fluff ball twice. TWICE.
