Took some photos of my TIE Bomber set and used GIMP successfully for the first time. This is kind of how I want to do my Star Wars comic.

Background is of the Karnak Ruins I found on Google.

I was gonna put the bombs in there, but I think I'll just stick to trying to mimic flying effects atm. Anything digital is new to me;
this actually took a few hours >3
