Interesting. So, the Pharaoh is a girl. The question is, is this girl the queen of the ant people aliens, then, or something else? Like someone who has a pact with those entities that exist within whatever the black idol actually is? I suppose time will tell. I look forward to seeing what comes next.
Looks more like she's the head of state in Egypt as per comic canon. I presume that Egypt is a monarchy in the comic, just like thousands of years ago when the pyramids were built.
