After seeing Cecil's hair grow when he tries an experimental new lotion, Capri falls in love with his silky long hair, claiming it reminds him of the hair of princesses in fairytales.
Feeling inspired, Capri creates a whole princess-themed ensemble for Cecil to wear. Cecil is not amused to say the least, but Capri hopes he will change his mind when he sees him sporting a dashing prince costume so that they match❣️
