The crux of his character is that he's a child-at-heart type with enough expendable income to act on it and enough reputation to be a respectable business owner the rest of the time. He likes dressing up and roleplay.

Also, probably not gonna keep this up the rest of the month. There'll be more Rufus in the future, but this is burning me out. Halloween will have an entry, though.
