Many of you know that Rocky is Hispanic, right? This means that he is of Mexican heritage and he definitely is proud to be Hispanic! :) Not only that, but I also do remember seeing this show on Univison called El Chavo del Ocho. If you watch it, you might know what i'm talking about. This art is even a lot more cute because Rocky is seen wearing an El Chavo hat and is standing in a Barrel. UwU
