I’ve been growing more attached to this form, so I decided to make a ref for it. I was originally going to make her dragon form resemble Leon more, complete with the shorter muzzle. After seeing 
jayruki ’s awesome drawings of her, I’ve decided that this look is a keeper. I might change the head fin in the future.
I’m embarrassed to admit that I did add breasts, as I feel that these slender female dragons just aren’t complete without them, and it would look nice with the tribal wear Jayruki designed for her. My apologies if it offends any of my watchers.
I know the rear angle view of the head looks bad. Can someone show me how to draw that angle sometime?

I actually learned a pretty cool trick from Kammy on how to make ref sheets, which I used for my ref of Alicia.

Kammy only drew one picture, and copy pasted it 4 times, with the rear view being the front view flipped, with many parts erased and drawn over. although this trick works better with a character viewed from an angle parallel to the ground, instead of an above view.
in terms of the head, I think it looks fine comparing the one on the left, but I guess you could make the side fin larger as it's closer to the camera, instead of smaller.

The nice thing is that Nixi is your character and, a such, her mummeries are, technically, a carry over from her Unicorn form.
Also, to be fair, Nishi was first to draw Yosh's mom and dad and, well, Mrs. O'Ducky has breasts. So, as it was Nishi's genius to give her a food source for Yosh and Winry, I have kept it. :)
I also imagine her milk would be perfect for keeping her boys full of all the magical qualities she has that aid in her strength, defense, and other qualities. Leon and Parker may not be as omnipotent as Nixi, but her milk definitely would serve as a way to give each a 'power boost'. (Now I'm imagining a Zelda-esque, overhead view game where a healing item is 'Momma's Magic Milk'. It refills all health and grants temporary stat boosts to all areas of Leon, or Parker's, character for a short period of time. I'd also see the game having a Caretaker Mode' that prevents character HP from falling to 0, no death by fall nor hazards, and the ability to meet Nixi at checkpoints where she would restore all your health, give you a bottle of her milk, and remind the player that she's always there to make sure her boys are happy and healthy.)

Honestly, Breast feeding stuff makes me uncomfortable (no offense to you or Nishi), so I doubt I'll use any of that. I do have plans to commission a streaming artist to draw scenes depicting a storyline where Leon ends up in the Dragon lands and Nixie transforms into a Dragon to go find him.

That sounds like a fun story. Will it be another instance of Leon and Parker being whisked away to Equestria? Or could it be a time that Nixi takes her little ones to visit the colorful world of equines and something causes them to wander into The Dragon Lands?

Parker, if I recall, is more aggressive than Leon. So, if he made it to 'The Dragon lands', I see him immediately getting into some squabbles with the likes of Garble. He may melt his diaper in the lava, but he'd be able to show the hooligans a thing, or two, when it comes to 'Tail Wrestling' and 'Belching Contests'. :)
