Honestly make sense, she won't leave her room and as far as the player can tell there is no bathroom. The remake Dream Dairy (personally can't recommend, just not the same and too linear imo) added a semi-hidden bathroom in her room. As far as I care though I feel like they lied about the original creator had work on it and it is non-canon. The remake was just that bad and completely missed the point in my eyes.
