With three pairs of arms including a cybernetic pair with hands equipped with digits that end in smaller hands and an army of other hands at her command, a sticky web from which they'd likely be no chance for escape and Ara Octina would make for an intimidating tickler. I imagine she would probably play up a sinister air as well to add to the atmosphere, though it would make for an unforgettable ticklish experience if perhaps one that would haunt your nightmares.
