Lets begin shall we?

The Damijin are an ancient psionic race with Crystalline technology that reacts to psionics. they have wings that are made of crystal, but are harder than the hardest spaceship hulls. They are sometimes confused with other races such as elves and at times can be confused for Celestial or in some cases Devils. neither of which are related.

The Damijin long time ago controlled basically a third of known space, with levels of technology and understanding unbelievably far beyond our own comprehension, their power could even rival some elder beings, some elder beings who for one reason or another took extreme measures to never piss off a Damijin. its literally like it an octopus bumped a Hornets nest and the hornets nest had psionic disruptors and razor blades made of glass You did Not fuck with the Damijin!

HOWEVER the Damijin did not care for universal domination. even tho they sat at the center of power AT the time. they,,Did their best not to hoard it over other species. instead helping other worlds advance to new levels, through their technology and understanding, a very technocratic society yes, their government was based on science and fact and logic, while also maintaining a balance of peace, art, expression and philosophy.

but all this came crashing down when a race called the Seru appeared. The Seru were a genetically created species of living metal organisms created by another extremely powerful psionic race called the Phealons, who without so much as testing their new creation Sent forth the greatest threat the universe had ever encounter, at the time. The Seru devastated worlds, destroyed whole ecosystems and brought extinction to millions of species across the know galaxy.

Why might you ask? Cause the Phealons hated the Damijin and were jealous of their unrivaled power and benevolence. and believed that No race, or world, no matter how technologically advanced they were should or ever had that much control and power over a third of the universe. So the Phealons struck out, in full force and attacked the Damijin home-world which now lies in ruins. and the damijin were all but wiped out cause the Seru fed on psionics.

And that. Is technically how it all happend. how the damijin ended. and became nearly extinct. save for a handful who are still out there. and One of them is our dear old friend Maxwell Helix. who. despite everything, belies what the Phealons did to his people, was, right? was it Justice? to end an Empire of such magnitude? perhaps it was. but the method wasn't just. You dont jsut Kill off an eniter race, You dont jsut throw an untested weapon into teh feild without first being able to controll it! YOU DO NOT KILL OFF 99% of all liveing things in the universe and not expect to be punished for it!!! How the Phealons brought balance to the universe was abhorrent, Unjustified and Unforgiveable! There could have been a better way.

so. an eye for an eye. and Demetri....Exterminated the entire Phealon race. with his own bare hands. over the coarse of a millennia, regretted it and sunk himself into so much depression and self-hatred he became numb to the feeling and finally gave in and faced oblivion. and for a time there were no activity from either side cause they had basically all died or disappeared into hiding.

but then a mirical happend. Maxwell found others like himself, who hadn't fought in the Damijin Phealon war, who were still out there repairing and rebuilding worlds. the Man cryed himself for a thousand years before he finally recovered and started work on his own world. and that world is....Last Haven.
