This is what happens when you freehand something you have never drawn before...you get lopsided eyes, lol. I kind of like him/her better this way. It gives the cat more personality. I really didn't know what to do with this picture because the assignment was watercolor and oil paint and those are so opposite types of painting. So the cat itself is watercolor and then glazes of oil on top and for the background.
Sadly due to how shinny the oil is, this didn't translate to a photograph. I had to do a LOT of screwing around in photoshop (after learning that I couldn't use flash on the camera) to get this to look anything like how it really does color and brightness wise. Sorry about that.
Cat breed is sphynx. And since this picture I have fallen in love with this breed and would like to have one someday.
